3 Tips For Finding Legitimate Car Bargains!

Finding car bargains is something that we have all been interested in at some point in out lives; everyone wants to get the best possible deal on a new car. Car bargains, house bargains, boat bargains, all kinds of bargains are available if you know where to look and how to confirm that they are actually bargains.

1) Forget about direct negotiations; consider buying the vehicle you are interested in at auction. The first thing that you need to do is find out where the vehicle of interest has been auctioned over the past couple of weeks, and then find out what the listed and sold prices were over that same period for that vehicle, you can get all of this information from the auction houses listing service.

2) Break out your official Kelly Blue Book and compare these suggested prices with the actual sold prices that you found through the auction service. This all has to do with supply and demand folks, some vehicles are in higher demand than others so you’ll need to find your own happy median in terms of the car you want and what you can afford.

3) If you do your homework it is not uncommon to walk away with a vehicle purchased at auction for less than Kelly Blue book suggested “trade in” value. Never pay more than suggested retail but you really want to pay at or below the trade in value, that is how you know you got a great car bargain.
